Utility Billing is a section of the Customer Service Division, which provides for the accurate and timely billing of City of Scottsdale water, sewer, and solid waste services; including local taxes and environmental fees. Utility Billing also handles requests to start and stop water service and answer customer inquiries concerning their utility accounts.
