The Neighborhood Trolley is a free service to schools, parks, recreation, hospital/medical treatment facilities, shopping and other local services; as well as transfer options to the Downtown Trolley, Tempe ORBIT Earth, and Valley Metro fixed routes.

  • Every 20 minutes, 7 days per week, in both directions
  • 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Except New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

In the event of flooding, detour is south on Miller, east on McDowell and south on Granite Reef, reverse for inbound.

About the Trolley

  • Scottsdale Trolley consists of a fleet of sixteen, 22-passenger vehicles.

  • Each trolley is:

    • Wheelchair accessible

    • Kneeling, for easy access

    • Air-conditioned

    • Equipped with removable windows

  • The Trolley runs on clean-burning, environmentally friendly bio-diesel.

  • The Trolley is designed in blue and champagne with vintage details, including:

    • Wooden highlights

    • Leather handhold straps

    • Wooden seats

    • Tinted-glass windows
