There are many ways to pay your City of Scottsdale utility bill!

Credit Card
To pay your bill by Visa, MasterCard or American Express there are three options:

Automated Phone Payment: Dial (480) 312-PAYS (7297) to utilize our Automated Phone System for paying utility bills with a credit card. This service is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week! *Must have a four digit PIN number call (480) 312-2461 to establish an automated account.

Utility Billing E-Services: This service is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week! *Must have a four digit PIN number call (480) 312-2461 to establish an online account.

Monthly Autopay [Fillable Form] (pdf/154kb/1pg):To sign up for our automatic credit card payment option please complete Option 2 of the form; print and mail or fax this form to the location/number provided on the document. You will be authorizing the City of Scottsdale to pay and charge to your credit card account the amount of your monthly utility bill. You will need to continue to pay your utility bill until you see "DO NOT PAY" on your monthly statement.

SurePay
Monthly Surepay [Fillable Form] (pdf/154kb/1pg):To sign up for our automatic debit payment option please complete Option 1 of the form; print and mail or fax this form to the location/number provided on the document. You will be authorizing the City of Scottsdale to electronically withdraw the amount of your monthly utility bill from your checking or savings account. You will need to continue to pay your utility bill until you see "DO NOT PAY" on your monthly statement.
