The
ASU Foundation
has selected a master developer for the ASU Scottsdale Center site.
The master developer group is led by Higgins Development Partners of Chicago and the Plaza Companies, with headquarters in Peoria, Arizona. It also includes:
- Sundt Construction, Inc., with headquarters in Tempe
- DMJM, an engineering and design firm, with headquarters in Los Angeles and New York City
- Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, architects, with headquarters in New York City.
