An initial review of applications is scheduled for the week of Sept. 26 and applications will be accepted until the seats are filled. The Council will make nominations from the applicant pool on Oct. 4. Those nominated will be interviewed on Oct. 18. The Council will make appointments at the meeting on Oct. 18 and three-year terms will begin Nov. 1.

Some commissions require specific expertise or experience. Requirements are listed on the city’s application form.

A complete listing of commission vacancies and an application form are available on the city’s web site at www.ScottsdaleAZ.gov. Follow the links for “Mayor, Council and Government” and “Boards and Commissions.”
