Wiseman was arrested for 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a Minor on 02-14-08. On or around November 1, 2008, Wiseman did not report to court and has not been seen. It is believed he has cut off his ankle monitor. Wiseman has dual citizenship in the US and Poland and a federal warrant has been issued. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of this fugitive is asked to contact the Scottsdale Police Dept. or their local law enforcement agency.
