• Service oriented businesses - Business, Occupational and Professional License
• Businesses with a tax liability - Transaction Privilege (Sales) & Use Tax License

To receive an application via mail or fax, please call the City of Scottsdale Tax and License Registration office at (480) 312-2400.  To apply in person, please visit one of our office locations.

Monday Through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 PM
(Except Holidays)

If fingerprint processing is required,
please arrive at our office by 4:30 p.m.
