Change is coming for online billing customers

The City of Scottsdale has changed its online paperless billing site. The new site will improve your online billing experience – it's easier to use, mobile responsive and provides information to help you get the most from your city services.

Online billing customers should have received an email with instructions on how to re-set your password for the new site.

However, that email link expired after 24 hours. If you didn't reset your password within that window, you'll receive an error. A new reset link is being sent to customers via e-mail.

Alternatively, you can reset your e-services password via this link.

If you have recently used the city website and know your eServices login/password, you can bypass the password reset and sign-in to the city's Online Paperless Billing Site here. (Note: eServices is not the same login/password as the site previously used to pay/view your utility bill).
