Civil Dialogue Series - “The People's History: An O’Otham Perspective”
Presented by the City of Scottsdale's Human Relations Commission and the Office of Diversity, this series is designed to encourage discussion regarding issues of diversity. Through this program, you can get a glimpse into the livelihood and culture of the Gila River and Salt River Indian communities. Keynote speaker Shannon Rivers is a respected advocate, humanitarian, and proud member of the Gila River Indian Community.
