Project Coordinator
Undertake case analysis, and prepare reports, recommendations and presentations. The Project Coordinator helps manage the movement of projects through the City approval process. They also recommend the type of review required of your rezoning or development review projects. If you are proposing to change zoning, renovate the exterior of your place of business or seek other significant changes to the business property you will work with a Project Coordinator. Working with them is done on an appointment basis. There is a fee for this service.

Development Review Board (DRB)
If you propose to change the exterior of the building the business will be in it may be necessary to go through the Development Review Board process. The purpose of the Development Review Board is to review and approve architectural design and layout of proposed development plans. This includes site planning and the relationship of the development to the surrounding environment and the community. Scheduling actions with the Development Review Board is handled through the Project Coordinators.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission has a variety of responsibilities including reviewing and making recommendations on zoning changes for business properties. Most businesses do not have a need to seek a zoning change, but, if you do the process begins with an appointment with a Project Coordinator.
