RFP for Brokerage Agencies

The City of Scottsdale’s Human Services Division is soliciting request for proposals for brokerage agencies to provide services at the Paiute Neighborhood Center. Qualifying organizations must be tax exempt under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code and must provide a CDBG-eligible activity (24 CFR 570.)

For agencies interested in applying and learning more about the brokerage agency concept, a pre-proposal conference has been scheduled for THURSDAY JUNE 6, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 3 of Building 2 of the Paiute Neighborhood Center, 6535 E. Osborn, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.  Attendance is mandatory by a representative of an agency to be eligible to apply. 

There will be information regarding the background and history of the site, instruction on completing the RFP, tour of the available space and discussion of CDBG requirements for brokerage agencies.  RFP packets will also be available at the meeting.

Any changes to the mandatory meeting location or addenda will be posted in advance at the above address. Proposers are responsible for checking the website for updates and addenda.

Sealed proposals shall be mailed or hand delivered to Justin Boyd, Housing Coordinator, City of Scottsdale Community Assistance Office, 7515 E. 1st St, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.  PROPOSALS ARE DUE AND WILL BE OPENED AND ACKNOWLEDGED AS A MATTER OF PUBLIC INFORMATION AT 1:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME, WEDNESDAY JUNE 12, 2013, IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM, CITY OF SCOTTSDALE COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE OFFICE, SCOTTSDALE, AZ 85251.  Proposals received by fax or email will not be accepted. Proposals received after the opening date and time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
