Details:	The Chevy Pickup driven by Bradford was westbound attempting to turn left into the apartment complex at 8100 E. Thomas and drove head on into the Mercury sedan which was eastbound on Thomas in the #1 lane. An 8 year old male passenger in the Mercury suffered serious internal injuries and the 4 year old female passenger in that same vehicle suffered serious head injuries. The driver of the Mercury suffered minor injuries. The driver and all passengers transported to Maricopa Medical Center. Bradford suffered minor injuries and was transported to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn. Alcohol/Drugs appear to be a factor in this investigation.
