Hidden Hills Easement

The Transportation Commission approved a request for a temporary suspension of the public bicycle and non-motorized easement on 145th Way, a private street in Hidden Hills, until a connection in Fountain Hills is built. 

The city and the Hidden Hills of Scottsdale Community Association are finalizing details regarding the temporary suspension of the easement.  Signage has been posted notifying bicyclists that public access by bicyclists is prohibited. 

Bicyclists who are not residents of Hidden Hills that violate Scottsdale Revised Code Section 17-86 can incur a civil fine of up to $250.

Transportation staff will continue to work with the project manager for MCO Properties to discuss the timeline for the development of Adero Canyon and explore ways to implement a connection.
