11-01-07_Seven local lawmakers to discuss state issues

  Seven Scottsdale lawmakers will preview next session
  at Mayor/Council breakfast

Legislators who represent Scottsdale citizens at the State Capitol will talk about the key issues facing Arizona at the next Mayor and City Council Breakfast Thursday, Nov. 8, at Scottsdale City Hall, 3939 N. Drinkwater Boulevard.

Doors open at 7:30 a.m. for light refreshments and informal conversation.  The program begins at 8 a.m.  The event is open to the public at no charge.  No reservations are necessary. 

Seven legislators will be on hand to discuss their views and priorities for the 2008 Session.  They are Senators Carolyn Allen (pictured above) and Meg Burton Cahill, and Representatives Ed Ableser, Nancy Barto, John Kavanagh, Michele Reagan and David Schapira.
