Loop 101 Freeway lane closures continue
starting Friday at 10 p.m.
The Arizona Department of Transportation plans the following project to prepare the Loop 101 Freeway for construction of high occupancy vehicle lanes:
The southbound lanes of the Loop 101 Freeway will be completely closed between Via de Ventura and McKellips Road from 10 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28, through 5 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1.
The Arizona Department of Transportation is closing the freeway segment to prepare for construction of high occupancy vehicle lanes.
The recommended alternative route for vehicle traffic will be off at the Via de Ventura exit, west to Hayden Road, then south to McKellips, then east to the freeway.
