Community forums set on Police Department’s five-year plan
The Scottsdale Police Department invites the community to provide feedback and input on the Department’s 5-Year Strategic Plan. Recently, Police employees, along with other city department representatives, conducted an annual review and update of the Police Department’s vision, strategic directions, objectives and strategies.
Community feedback is an important element for the successful completion of the plan. Scottsdale Police Chief Alan Rodbell will be presenting the Department’s plan to the community during three scheduled community forums. At the conclusion of the forums, Chief Rodbell will use community feedback as part of the final development and implementation of the new 5-Year Strategic Plan.
Here is the community forum schedule:
- Sept. 17, 6 to 8 p.m. at District 2 Scottsdale Police Facility, Community Room, 9065 E. Via Linda
- Sept. 29, 6 to 8 p.m. at Scottsdale Water Campus, Hassayampa Room, 8787 E. Hualapai Drive
- Sept. 30, 6 to 8 p.m. at Scottsdale Police Headquarters, Arizona Room, 8401 E. Indian School Road
