Cigna OAP


Plan Overview
The Cigna OAP plan offers two tiers of coverage within a single plan design. As a participant, you have the choice of using a contracted network of providers for lower out-of-pocket expenses or you may utilize out-of-network providers and incur higher out-of-pocket expenses, and possibly all billed charges. Participants can choose either tier of benefits at any time. This plan has a $750 (individual)/$1,500 (family) in-network deductible and a separate $2,500 (individual)/$5,000 (family) out-of-network deductible. Wellness and preventive programs included.

Provider Network

The Cigna OAP medical plan has an enhanced network of physicians and other health care providers. Cigna OAP members may also receive services from Mayo Clinic Scottsdale and Mayo Clinic Hospital, however, the doctors and hospitals will not be listed in the Cigna directories and additional charges may apply.  

Cigna Prescription Program

Retail pharmacy
When visiting the pharmacy, provide them with your Cigna ID card. The pharmacy will need the information on your card to check eligibility and to update your records.
