City of Scottsdale Basic PPO through Aetna Open Choice
| The City of Scottsdale Basic PPO Plan through Aetna Open Choice offers two tiers of coverage within a single plan design. As a participant, you have the choice of using a contracted network of providers for lower out-of-pocket expenses or you may utilize out-of-network providers and incur higher out-of-pocket expenses. Participants can choose either tier of benefits at any time. |
| This plan has a $1,750 in-network deductible and a separate $3,500 out-of-network deductible. |
