Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

From time to time, the quality of our lives can be affected by personal issues or concerns that are difficult to cope with on our own. The City of Scottsdale is committed to helping you maintain an optimal quality of life and is pleased to offer a new benefit called the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

The EAP is a free, voluntary and confidential service providing short-term counseling (up to five face-to-face sessions per issue per 12 month period) and referrals. It is designed to assist all employees, retirees and all household members in dealing with a variety of personal concerns:

  • Child Care Referrals
  • Financial Difficulties
  • Legal Consultation
  • Alcoholism
  • Elder Care Referrals
  • Depression
  • Substance Abuse
  • Online Services
  • Career Issues
  • Parenting Skills
  • Stress

Through the EAP, you can find productive solutions to personal problems and improve your health and well being. You and your household members may take advantage of this new program by calling 1-800-554-6931 to schedule an appointment.
