EAP, Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse

One of the exceptional features of our health plans is the behavioral health coverage. All employees, and family members who reside in their household, are eligible for the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  The EAP provides up to 5 free visits on a variety of issues.

If you need further assistance and you are enrolled in one of the City of Scottsdale's medical plans, you may have more face-to-face visits.

The number of visits you have may be subject to medical necessity, but you can have up to 30 visits with only a $20 co-payment for outpatient visits.  After 30 visits you will pay a $40 co-payment per outpatient visit.
