Live Life Well Overview

In 2007, a group of wellness minded employees met to discuss establishing a permanent and sustainable worksite wellness program. In February 2008, the Live Life Well (LLW) program was born. The goal was to develop a sustainable and results-oriented program to serve employees and their families. This founding group wrote vision and mission statements and core program objectives.

A LLW Steering Committee was appointed and charged with developing program structure and strategies. The existing Employee Benefits Team was reconfigured and renamed the Employee Benefits-Wellness Team (EBWT). The new title meant new duties. The group span of responsibility expanded to include programmatic wellness planning and project development.
