Reporting directly to the Municipal Services General Manager, the City Engineer and oversees the Capital Projects Management (CPM) Division. The Capital Projects Management Division manages all activities relating to the design, land and right of way acquisition and construction of all approved and funded construction projects in the City’s Capital Improvement Program. Priorities for the New City Engineer include:
• Build the organization’s capacity to deliver projects and respond in a timely fashion.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with all the Division’s customers.
• Serve as consultant and advisor to Mayor and Council, City Manager and executive staff.
