DESCRIPTION:Scottsdale and Phoenix Arcadia residents are joining forces to remove citrus from area properties to help control the roof rat population. The Citrus Drop-off Program runs Saturdays, Jan. 26 through March 23. Residents are encouraged to drop off all viable/edible fruit from 8 a.m. to noon, commercial drop off will be from 8 to 10 a.m. and those wanting to pick up citrus can do so from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.&nbsp; The program will be at the Elk’s BPOE Scottsdale Lodge parking lot, 6398 E.
