| Event Description: |
The event will provide the opportunity for park neighbors and users to share light refreshments, enjoy flute music and gain a sneak preview of the 2010 calendar of events at the park.
The event will also engage participants in sharing their thoughts about the future of the park as the non-profit Friends of Pinnacle Peak Park begin development of a master plan document. Opportunities for park improvements include expanding education facilities and materials, increasing the space for gatherings and picnics, supporting additional training for volunteers and staff, improving the “comfort stations” and as-yet undiscovered ideas from the public.
