Revitalization

The Revitalization department is focused on encouraging continued reinvestment in commercial properties within the mature areas of the community through partnerships with existing and new property owners.

The Scottsdale City Council has stated that the revitalization of the southern portion of Scottsdale is their number one priority. Southern Scottsdale is defined as all areas south of Chaparral Road; and much of the data for this area is divided into two subsections: Downtown Scottsdale and South Scottsdale.
