SkySong Leases

Current leases or letters of intent have been signed between SkySong and:

  1. ASU for 80,000 square feet

    Entrepreneurship Group consisting of AZTe, Edson Student Entrepreneurship Center, and Technopolis

    Applied Engineering Research, INCise

    Educational Technology, Cresmet and TBLR

    Innovation Space and Arts, Media and Engineering. 

  1. E-Funds for its 15,000 Square foot innovation Center.
  2. Canon U.S.A., Inc., will lease 9,000 square feet of space in building 1.
  3. Wildfire Broadband for 3,000 square feet.
  4. SkySong is negotiating with Qwest for an additional floor in building 2, but no specifics of the exact size and configuration are available at this time.
  5. Two Mexican companies, Ensitech and Energy Ventures. Ensitech is a software development firm; Energy Ventures, a General Electric spin-off, provides performance management services for companies committed to electric power production.
  6. Finao Capital is a venture capital firm that focuses on early stage technology companies concentrating on first round financing and assisting companies that are considered to have hyper-growth potential. Finao will locate at SkySong with two of their portfolio firms — Telserra Global Inc. and Iamota.
  7. Aurigin Technology (Singapore)
  8. Fscreen Ltd (China)
  9. Litree (China)
  10. Sebit (Turkey)
  11. Ubidyne (Germany)


The first building of SkySong is expected to open this fall.
