This date excludes areas in which landscaping, street furniture, pedestrian lights and finish paving materials are to be held back until the SkySong Tensile Fabric structure is installed. Full completion of the final finish materials for the project is scheduled for October/November 2008, after the SkySong Tensile Fabric structure is erected.
